Here are my 3 AHA takeaways after 28 days:
1. When I imagined my end result scene 3 years ahead from now, I felt incredible peacefulness within me unlike my expectation before the exercise. (I thought I would have excitement, emotional cry, etc.) This pre-experience of the end goal gave me the blueprint and it became a reality in my mind.
2. "Centering exercise" really helps me to go deep in the center within and it can be used on stage while performing. Meditative mind in active state. Confidence, flow of creativity and connectedness are increased. How cool is that!
3. All the exercises are very powerful. Since I applied the healing technique to a body part, I only see it as healed in my mind eye regardless of how it is now and the image even flashes back during the daily meditation. This way I no longer doubt about the recovery! Now I got such powerful tools to apply. I will continue practicing and can’t wait to see how I will be in next months.
