The reason I enrolled in this Quest was hoping to achieve new skills and abilities to help CEOs grow their leadership, and businesses and make them happier persons. As a Vistage chair this is my mission and I was filling a shortage to help CEOs on certain occasions just with mentoring and coaching. The Hypnotherapy training has granted me self-assurance in this job and provided me with a great feeling of being more useful, being able to help leaders get further.
