I am a budding wellness and life coach looking to learn all I can. I definitely want to optimize my productivity, positivity and the sense that I am in utter control of my choices. My marriage is amazing but recently hit a big bump. My husband and I chose to use the difficulty to grow and explore deeper connections. This has turned me on to improving my perspective on everything, and seeing all difficulties as opportunities for growth. I have long loved personal growth (as may be evidenced by my interest in wellness coaching) and have never tried something like this before. But, I believe that any new insights to the self, or any new approaches to a positive and strong mind are worth exploring. I feel great about the course so far and am excited to see what it has yet to bring.
