"I am dissociated, less hypervigilance is decreasing, and I am calmer"

Many trauma issues. With this program, I am dissociated, less hypervigilance is decreasing, and I am calmer and learning what unconditional love feels like. I don't find it easy because it stings as I get back in my body, and IO feels I am plugging on. The calm during the meditation is very useful, but I cannot duplicate it as yet otherwise.
