"I want to learn how to be in control of my own life and enjoy it at the same time"

Hello everyone. I am a neutralized citizen in the US. I have no family here. I lost my husband 2,5 years ago in tragedy. The money mindset is damaged as it was never enough during my childhood to living quite poor. 
That mindset hunts me till today that I am almost 45. I am here to educate myself on how to feel free and how to change my financial situation for the better and feel calmer and not too worry myself sick around money.
I want to learn how to be in control of my own life and enjoy it at the same time.
