This quest is amazing! Qi Gong was recommended to me for working with our personal energy and I started the quest with no personal desire or expectations regarding the practice. 

I was absolutely shocked at the effect it had after the 1st day. I had a visceral feeling of the energy flowing in my body and felt great after the first lesson. I am not able to articulate the experience properly and recommend the reader experience it for themselves.
