I began listening to Vishen in 2014 using the Omvana App. Since then, his work, and the works of other that are available through Omvana and now Mindvalley, have been extremely beneficial to my personal development. This method of teaching growth, meditation and other life stills is very effective. The programs on Mindvalley are broad ranging and everything I've consumed so far has been great.
