Before I knew about mindvalley, I aware and frustrated that I wasn't using my mind as efficiently as I should. I was stuck in a place where I didn't want to be. But that is slowly changing now, I'm actually in the process of going to another work place which is a much more positive place than I am right now, I'm really looking forward to what my new life will have in store for me.
