"there is much to learn in the field of well-being and mental health"

3 months ago, I used to be a heavy smoker (a pack a day) a heavy drinker (1.5 bottles of red wine a day) and my work/sleep/play balance was wild. I used to work all day (around 13-15 hrs) and sleep late in the morning (around 3-7 am). I was performing well at work and my social life was also good, never really questioning this mode of living.
3 Months ago, the Covid situation created a bubble, and I also reread Marcus Aurelius. The combination of the two sparked something and I began questioning my mental models, and from then began my transformation. I remember series of thoughts that led to a switch in the way that I see myself, and I began seeing my life as an experiment, and so I began these, constantly changing and tuning every minute of my day untill it became so natural.
Now I sleep intentionally, wake up at 5 am, run, cook, meditate....etc. And I feel so much abundance in my day to day life. However, I lack real insight and wisdom since this has been such a recent thing for me. So I have been exploring and I found Mindvalley. I have just set out in my quests in Mindvalley, but I recognized many of the leaders of the quests and felt convinced that this would be the platform to help me optimize and tune my ways to ensure that all my daily rituals are not in vain. I also see this as a platform to challenge my mental models, since there is much to learn in the field of well-being and mental health.

"I am happy that Mindvalley is helping to change how people learn the important things in life!"
