Dear Fellow Quester! Hi, and thanks for checking out my tribe story. I’m going to coin a new word for you and define it. It’s “tribe-quester”, a MV student who maximizes their quest experience by as much as 90% by engaging in the tribe, a private FB group designed to support MV questers. As a tribe-quester, I always look forward to engaging with my quest tribe! It is a crucial step for me in readying myself for every MV quest. Simply put, tribe-questing has been time-tested and proven effective for me. I can’t imagine taking another quest without joining my tribe. Here are a few value-added benefits that I have discovered for myself as a tribe-quester.
1. COMMUNITY and PEER SUPPORT It’s the HUMAN-to-HUMAN, ❤️2❤️, exchanges that foster community, build relationships, and provide ongoing support to each individual within the tribe. The tribe-collective is a lot like a bunch of unique and beautiful flowers growing in a garden fueled by fertile soul. The more varied the flowers, the more beautiful the garden. The more the collective tribe-soul is fueled (fertilized) by interaction, the faster the individual souls tend to bloom. A collective tribe, to me, represents a magical, symbiotic resonance of the “spooky kind”. There’s spooky action between the “flowers” at a distance as nourishing and vital connections are formed across time and space. Tribe-questers actually pull One Another up.
2. TIME MANAGEMENT I enjoy getting more accomplished and doing less. Tribe-questing affords me so much more motivational support than I could ever muster on my own. When I’m engaged in community, I’m also blessed with more tribe perspectives than I could ever begin to imagine or discover on my own. If “two heads are better than one”, just imagine what having access to an entire tribe can do to accelerate and enhance learning!
3. ENHANCED FLOW and LEARNING Tribe-questing makes the course-work ”flow.” Tribe-quester’s seem to enjoy in-tribe “shifts in consciousness” that come more quickly, in my experience. Shared quests are more valuable to me than the “I-did-it-my-way” paradigm. Self study rarely, if ever, works for me. Simply by surfing through the tribe posts or searching lesson topics, I can “borrow” the magical energy (knowledge, experience, successes, etc.) that is such an integral part of the quest tribe community.
4. INCREASED UNDERSTANDING Collective tribe shares, the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of all of the other tribe members as a collective, are such sweet, mind-expanding gifts. What I learn during quests, from tribe members living across this amazing globe, is beyond explanation. Tribe shares are always wrapped in love, raw, and full of the richness shared of the entirety of our collective humanity. My appreciation for the collective tribe has increased my understanding, appreciation, respect, and love for all of humanity. We are so connected, we will surely wake up to understand that we are truly One. One.
4. INCREASED JOY Tribe members not only keep me interested in, engaged, accountable, encouraged, supported and motivated, their authentic voices, shared humanity, and human love expressed as empathy and compassion for themselves and for one another bring me Joy. ...AND MORE There is great joy to be found in tending to my own inner garden. However, I am always inspired by the inner peace and gratitude that comes with serving through community. Mindvalley is One beautiful tribe, and whatever is planted by a fellow tribe-quester in a quest tribe forum will miraculously, organically, take root and flourish.
5. LEADERSHIP and SUPPORT Student-to-student interaction, ambassador support, and tribe facilitator leadership can only be accessed inside of the quest tribe. These beautiful people and their tools are the best “cheerleaders and support systems” I have ever encountered in my long life. They are waiting inside the tribe for you, bringing you their unique, authentic, and vulnerable voices and hearts without judgements, expectations, or agendas. Please, don’t keep them waiting.
