I would use Mindvalley State FOCUS  to help me achieve the goal of having a two hour work day. 

The idea is to work only two hours, but in those two hours, do the equivalent of eight hours of work. And, well, right here, right now, after this experience, I feel extremely focused and extreme clarity.
