So I experienced a state where I could really be grounded and really focused on my goals and on fulfilling my purpose. So this really facilitated that. 

This is something that I would use when I am in situations where I need to be really focused and high performing, especially when I'm doing some sports or I have some important work to do in order to improve my productivity and improve my efficiency.
