Before discovering Mindvalley, my morning routine was not very good, and I was always in a hurry. I wanted to change some of my habits, begin my day in a healthier way, and reconnect through meditation, among other things.
Mindvalley videos and Vishen's book, The code of the extraordinary mind, have worked a beautiful miracle. I have now a new and much healthier morning routine, I meditate with The 6 Phase Meditation every day, I am also reading Marisa Peer's book I am enough -among many other things I have learnt thanks to Mindvalley-, and I feel much better. And I know this is only the beginning.
