Before the program, I just remember being so confused scared. I had started practicing Silva around 1986 and I loved it. I don’t remember what happened why I stopped but in 2024 I was really struggling with controlling my mind and not letting my mind master me..
I am 73 years old and the one thing I had going for me was that I was so clear that I had a mission to accomplish and that probably the only way I could do it was through Mindvalley.
I joined, and I was overwhelmed with all of the courses, but I was able to find something that worked for me (I listened to about 4 programs a day)and thanks for the program. I’ve been able to calm my mind and the racing thoughts and the worry. I have had tremendous obstacles but so far I’ve made it. I am challenging a recurring lifelong obstacle ( money management) and I have hope to have a breakthrough. With my new tools and support of the program I am confident ( especially after hearing some of the other members experiences, this is the path that will lead me there.
