I came across the Mindvalley platform a few years ago on YouTube. It was one of those stressful days when I just needed something to take my mind off things. An ad for the 6 Phase Meditation with Vishen popped up, and that was the start of a truly transformative journey.
Since then, Mindvalley, through teachers like Vishen, Jim Kwik, Ben Redfield, and Eric Edmeades, has filled my life with excitement, growth, and moments I now share with my son, my family, my friends, my students, and my patients.
I began with the 6 Phase Meditation and today I’m doing Amplify with AI. This past summer, while traveling through Europe with my family, we created a soundtrack for every place we visited. Something we learned from an AI music teacher. Now, I even compose my own affirmation music, which has become a deeply personal practice.
Mindvalley hasn’t just given me tools; it’s inspired me to weave creativity, mindfulness, and growth into my everyday life and my work as a surgeon.
