Before I started my personal development journey I was SAD ! sick alone and dependent (financially and emotionally) 

Now I am HBI Healthy Belonging and protected by a fortress of well being we built with my wife and children and our families Independent (financially and emotionally)

Mindvalley has been a significant force over the last 3 months with Membership to leverage all these 3 pillars with the 5 quests I completed Being Extraordinary, The M word, conscious parenting, 7days without sugar and now Wildfit and the habit of ferocity
