I have been and still are a big fan of self care and self improvement. Mostly being a passionate student of life, although I have a BA in business and marketing I never done anything with it, I am a creative spirit more into design aesthetic and have a big urge to helping people. From 28 years in the fashion industry to a sustainable lifestyle, now studying for my functional nutrition certification. 
 Mindvalley is a part of my self-care journey always passionate and curious about learning new stuff in order to become the best version of myself.
