Meditation, Mastery, and a Little Bit of AI Magic
Mindvalley didn’t just teach me — it woke me up to who I really am and what’s still possible at 56
When I started my Mindvalley journey back in 2021, I was deep in my public health career — caring for others, but quietly burning out. Stress was constant, growth felt stuck, and I knew I needed more than just a vacation.
Then I discovered the world of Mindvalley Quests.
And suddenly, learning felt fun again.
I began meditating daily, picking from Mindvalley’s library based on how my day felt — a personalized menu for my mind. Over time, I grew calmer, sharper, and more confident. By 2023, that inner work turned into outer results: I earned a promotion and started leading with balance, creativity, and clarity.
I’ve now completed almost 20 Quests — Duality, Smarter Not Harder, The 6-Phase Meditation, The Transformational Leader, Money EQ, A Yogi’s Guide to Joy, and more. Each one peeled back another layer and pushed me out of my comfort zone.
Somewhere along the way, I also became a little obsessed with AI (in the best way). I’ve created my own GPTs, coached friends on using AI and social media, and even used AI to design my bathroom remodel. I’m now brainstorming ways it can help transform our State WIC Program — because why not merge heart, health, and high-tech?
Today, I’m building my next chapter: opening my Yoga Wellness Studio, writing a book on wellness, learning how to be a wellness influencer on social media and diving deeper into AI Mastery (which, by the way, is way more fun than college ever was).
Mindvalley didn’t just expand my skills — it expanded me.
I’m more present, more aware, and more in love with life than ever.
And I’m not stopping until I complete every last Quest.
