Then I learned about The 6 Phase Meditation by Vishen, my focus improved, I got a vision to pursue, I can relate to people way better, I started to let go emotional baggage and all those improvements are beyond expectations!
After that, I've access Extraordinary By Design by Vishen which made me reflect and rethink my existing beliefs.
It was followed by Jason Campbell's Productivity from Working at Home, which organized my stuff and cleared my email inbox.
Those 3 mini-quests impacted me in such a way I have never expected. Within one month of experiencing that 3 quests.
I was thinking... For days and nights, I kept on asking myself: "Should I invest in All Access?" "Is that a wise decision to make these trying times?" "Do I have sufficient savings?"
It was a day before my birthday when I finally made a decision. I clicked "Purchase" and voila! All programs are there! It was overwhelming! Honestly, I know it's not recommendable but I enrolled in more than 1 quest and I haven't finished all of them yet and as I am typing this down I am still catching up. I don't have as much time as I had back then since the company I worked for is already operational and I have to take the remaining quests one at a time and not to turn this All Access into a drug.
Here are them. (Some were already completed some are still ongoing)
- 7 Days to Breaking Up With Sugar which has totally changed my relationship with sweets and even with other food and beverage
- 5 Days to Powerful Memory by Jim Kwiwk which made me a better student
- Super Reading by Jim Kwik which improved my reading by 300%!
- Silva Ultramind System by Jose Silva and Vishen Lakhiani - totally extraordinary! Highly recommended!
- The Mastery of Sleep by Dr. Michael Breus. I realized underestimated how conscious we should be about our sleep from the moment we start our day, the activities we do, the food we eat, and even our bedroom
- Speak and Inspire - this is so much, I have never had an experience like this and it really stretches me.
I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH HOW GRATEFUL I AM FOR THE DECISION TO BE HERE.
THANK YOU MINDVALLEY.
