I was looking for an online platform where you could see and hear interesting and inspiring people since I was pensioned from work as a physical therapist. Now I am still a yoga teacher and also docent in a yoga education school and I was looking for deepening my practice and learning about new possibilities to do in my life
What I love about Mindvalley that I can follow masterclasses on topics I like most and learn new skills
So I saw Vishen in masterclass very stimulating and full compassion. 
I saw Donna Eden she was for me very interesting because that is something I can do and combine in yoga classes. So I bought her books for studying energy medicine I saw so many people and I was really inspired by them
Yes, indeed it makes me happier and more focussed on what I really want. 
I do now the 20/20/20 training from Robin Sharma and I will do that for 60 days to install a habit doing it
