"I love Mindvalley's way of teaching their courses which allow me to learn stress free"

I became a Pro member of Mindvalley recently. While on YouTube I saw Jim Quik and what he said made sense about how we can maintain our memory.
After listening to 2 of his presentations on YouTube I signed up for his course. I am 72 years old and a real estate agent which profession allows my brain to keep percolating. I just had my second granddaughter and I want to live a long and happy life with all my faculties in tact.
I love Mindvalley's way of teaching their courses which allow me to learn stress free. I am also doing the Ultramind Silva Method meditation and enjoying that course as well.
