"The spoon bending exercise with The Monroe Institute was about bending reality and heart-centering"

The spoon bending exercise with The Monroe Institute was about bending reality and heart-centering
Before the meditation exercise, I haven't attempted bending spoons, except for the physical strength in the old times:)
By going through the meditations and instructions, I could go into deeper relaxation states, leave worries aside, and trust the process of the universe and my heart-centered power!
At the end of the session, one can see in the picture attached some of my masterpieces (the outcome) - for the first attempt:) One can say that the easy ones are from plastic, but for stainless steel, one needs more than physical strength - tuning to higher frequencies and intentions are parts of the process that enable bending spoons or forks.
In the middle, there is a fork, which didn't want to bend, so be gentle with yourself and the cutlery; maybe permission was not given because you need to eat at some point... :))
