I was more than a little surprised to see that I could do this. Even more surprised by how easily it happened. Did I doubt myself? Yes! Do I do this frequently? I finally noticed that I do. Will I doubt myself again? Probably. The one thing I know now is that my results/behavior is all up to me. It is in my power. What a privilege to have this awareness NOW.
