Thanks to this program, I have transcended from the defunct I was in. Having always been a mentor, I had lost my mojo, and now have re-found my purpose in not only giving to others, but giving back to myself. Being present in all areas of my life has improved, my listening skills (and I mean really listening) has increased, and my hit and miss meditation practices are now consistent.
