As a business growth coach I love supporting entrepreneurs to grow their success, but there was something missing. I had an awareness of the importance of the founder themselves and always began with them but we sometimes reached a stage where growth was blocked, Could we be losing great ideas because of founder blocks? Was my business coaching becoming a frustration because I wasn't effective enough to coach them back onto a seamless growth path?
Now I have the knowledge and tools I need to be able to identify blocks and respectfully and calmly guide them back on track as well as always beginning a moment of change with support for the founder first.
