The year 2020 arrived, and I, like the majority of people worldwide, lost my job. Which was my sole source of income. My physical and mental health began to decline at that point. Due to my excessive workload, I never had time to reflect on or cope with anything that had occurred to me or anybody I cared about, including the death of loved ones, the abuse I had to suffer, a job I detested, heartbreak, etc.… Without the distraction of work to keep me from dealing with everything I had buried deep down, all those feelings burst at once, and it was overpowering. That’s when I decided to join Mindvalley and begin doing some of the quests. I have been able to make peace with the loss of my loved ones.
Even when the tumor is removed, my doctor advised last year that I won't be able to work more than a few hours a week for the foreseeable future. I then began examining what I genuinely desired and enjoyed doing with my time in both my personal and professional lives. I made the decision to pursue coaching courses as soon as I realized that Mindvalley/Evercoach offered them. I decided to do the Certified Life Coach and the Certified Business Coach and Consultant.
I'm grateful that I decided to join the Certified Life Coach & Six-Phase Meditation Trainer program; it has allowed me to help myself in ways I never anticipated. I realized I deserve to enjoy both my personal and professional lives. My self-assurance in my ability to manage everything life throws at me has increased by 100%. The training has given me the confidence I need to assist my clients to drastically improve their lives and be prepared to handle anything that comes their way.
This is how I can live my life to the fullest while helping others to live their lives to the fullest while also helping others.
Many thanks to Vishen, Ajit, Coach Fran, and all the Coaches for showing me I’m worthy of everything good that life has to offer and I’m capable of doing that for others.
