Somewhere back in November 2021, I realized I could articulate clearly what I want in my life and my career. One of the things I wanted to pursue long-term is to lean towards executive coaching, helping executives be their best selves, not just on a good day but every day, and, moreover, women and working moms in leadership positions and beyond, to transform themselves. I made that very clear to myself.
Life-changing opportunities being ever so receptive were actively and deeply listening, and soon after came to be offering a beautiful world of Evercoach and a life coach certification. Moreover, they brought a basket full of professional and private turbulence to ensure there is enough material to practice.
Professional and nerdy person as I am, I took a strong hold on materials and videos. Little did I know that beauty, wealth, and transformation along the way are to come from the soft, tender part of this beautiful certification journey - community, people, tribe; and that this will feed the need that shies beneath the verbalized wants.
What I got is a place where I feel at home, where I can share my feelings and emotions without judgment and prejudice, where people that I met just a minute ago can hold space for your most vulnerable self and will go far and beyond to help you download, vent, accept, heal.
A place where I learned so much about myself by listening and learning about others, a place where I found common souls, where I accepted even the most unbelievable ideas and concepts of reality, and being curious about other views and worlds. Place where we co-created and gave birth to e-books woven out of the beautiful stories that brought us here, desire to serve others.
Place where I further fortified my beliefs in the gift and power of kindness, compassion, gratitude, forgiveness, and blessing. Also, how this helps me get closer to the vision I hold for my future and my family's future and all the actions to take me there. An amazing space that 6-phase mediation holds.
While I write this I am growing through yet another challenge as I am writing from a hospital bed, a story I am not shy to share - just maybe not today. The important part is - I am feeling good and blessed thanks to many beautiful tribe members that gave me unconditional love and support these days, knowing bits and pieces of the story.
I know we live in a benevolent universe that knows best what to do.
And I am in peace with that knowledge. I have one more experience from which I can relate to others and help them heal and this is a blessing and gift to me. Same as all of you. All of you have so many hard, formative experiences, that made you who you are and that is giving you a unique, unparalleled set of skills to go out and help others, sourcing your power and wisdom from wounds that made you who you are.
Much love, Nataša
