"I’ve practiced the essential skills, faced my own blocks, and come out more confident and connected to my purpose"

Ladislav's Coaching Quest Story...
Before this Quest, my life was a mix of ambition and uncertainty. I had already lived through the highs and lows of running businesses—building something from the ground up, only to face the realities of debt, pressure, and having to start over. I knew I had valuable life experience, but I lacked a structured way to turn that into meaningful impact for others. I felt called to coaching, but didn’t have the tools or clarity to do it well.
The reason I enrolled in this Quest was because I wanted to become a truly effective coach—not just someone who gives advice, but someone who creates real transformation for others. I saw this Quest as a bridge between what I had lived through and the coach I knew I could become.
What I was hoping to achieve, was how to coach with presence, skill, and integrity. I wanted to learn the frameworks, the mindset, and the emotional intelligence behind coaching. I also wanted to build my confidence—to know that I’m enough, just as I am, and that my experience is my credibility.
After taking this Quest, I feel clear and ready to serve. I have a deeper understanding of what coaching really is. I’ve practiced the essential skills, faced my own blocks, and come out more confident and connected to my purpose.
Reasons why I recommend this Quest because it changes how you see yourself and others. It’s not just about coaching skills—it’s about growing as a human being. This Quest gave me tools, but also helped me reconnect with my values, my story, and my unique voice as a coach.
Areas of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes are my confidence, my ability to listen deeply, and my presence in conversations.
My top 3 takeaways are…
Presence is more powerful than advice.
My story is my strength, not a weakness.
Coaching isn’t about knowing more—it’s about being with someone in their truth.
But the biggest positive change I’ve noticed is my belief in myself as a coach. I now trust that I can create transformation, not because I’m perfect, but because I’m present, skilled, and committed to my clients.
