Before enrolling in the Mindvalley Hypnotherapy course I was looking for a quick, evidence-based approach to recovering from work-related stress. I have an established meditation practice and I am taking responsibility for my physical health, implementing notorious foods that work for my body, and a light exercise program. I was aware I was running a ‘work hard’ program and I was motivated to make a difference. Despite understanding on a conscious level that working long hours at the expense of my health was crazy, I remained driven to support young people and colleagues in school. After using the hypnotherapy techniques demonstrated and practicing with amazing students, I have cleared a program that I have been running for 50 years! I now feel relaxed and I am looking forward to working with more balance and implementing the learning from this course.
 Taking time to invest in my personal growth has also provided benefits and other insights. Learning about techniques to support anxiety and trauma without clients having to share details, provides an unobtrusive model which is particularly useful for me in my planned future career. 
 I recommend this hypnotherapy course as it has provided exactly what it says it does. The learning modules are well planned, excellent quality materials, all broken down into manageable chunks, which utilize all the possible preferred learning styles. The experience, skills, knowledge, and patience of the coaches are superb to gently keep us all eager and keen to learn. 
 The biggest change I see in myself is my ability to take action. After a practice lab clearing ‘anything else that is holding you back’ I went for a run and have been running every week since! I hadn’t even realized this was something that my body wanted to do - my association with running had been fairly brutal from essential training in my first career and so I had avoided it for the last 30 years. 
 My top insights are: being open to what shows up which is an unexpected benefit; we have the power to create an intentional future; releasing past programs can be easy and joyful.
 My biggest positive experience is feeling mentally clear and empowered to take action. I have many hypnotic voices that will go with me… sharing the most beautiful and uplifting words of encouragement. I am feeling truly blessed – thank you.
