Before this program, I lacked a lot of confidence in my work and parts of my life. I had always received positive feedback regarding my competence but low confidence created negative self-talk and internal pressure to always try harder. Since I have been studying this program and on completion of the quest, I have gained huge confidence and dealt with things that impacted my life.
