I am a little bit of an introvert. That seems a little weird because I teach fitness classes and I am a Reiki Master Teacher so I do have to stand up in front of people and present things. This program has made me feel more confident. We have worked on confidence with some of the trances but we have also acquired skills that have made me feel more confident. I have had to take a risk with my comfort zone. I feel very empowered after completing this course. I can't wait to get started with my business. Thank you to Paul, Steve, Tina and all the other trainers and assistants. This course was well worth the investment of my time, effort, and money.
