In August 2025, I retired… and promptly discovered that I am not very good at doing nothing. After years in primary special education and running and designing IT courses for educators, I realised I wasn’t ready to close the book—just start a new chapter.
I chanced upon the Mindvalley Hypnotherapy course and found myself signing up for it. It brought together my love of learning, creativity, and human potential.
