First of all... I am so grateful for this experience.
What a rich, profound, amazing, life-changing, and personal growth experience. I found more than I expected.
 I started this journey looking for new tools to integrate into my health coaching practice, and I did not only get that but ended up strengthening my own habits and routines in a more conscious and mindful way. It doesn't matter if you don't want to be a coach, this life-changing experience is totally worth it! And, without purpose, you'll end up changing people around you with your own experience.
