The reason I enrolled in this quest was because I wanted to develop a muscular and strong body and decrease my body fat percentage. I did not necessarily want to coach other people. This certification turned out to be a beautiful journey for my mind, body and soul. I do feel more healthy and strong than I did before I started the journey, but through the challenges of the journey and the techniques taught, I discovered much more about myself, and was able to let go of not achieving my original goal. This was a deep dive into learning about myself and unpacking habits and behaviors and letting go of being perfect. I have developed new habits, meditation techniques, and mindsets, and can truly say that I am a happier and more grateful person who now wants to coach and share what I learned with others.
