Also on a personal level, I hate strength training. The reality of why this is that it is difficult so the easiest thing to do is to avoid it and come up with excuses. As I get older, I see my muscle tone diminishing and I don't want to lose my ability and mobility because of silly excuses. I knew I needed more and was hoping this program would provide that extra push or a different way of looking at things to get me over the hurdle of procrastination to acceptance and then to enjoyment.
After completing the Holobody program, I have to say the mission was accomplished on both ends. I feel more confident as a coach. Not only because I have the knowledge but I am now walking the walk. The way Ronan takes the exercises and breaks them down made doing them actually doable. I don't dread doing them. I discovered I am more capable than I thought.
The program has helped me to redefine my health and fitness goals and how to not only achieve but to maintain them. I reconnected with my motivation to strength train by connecting to my why and purpose. As I am writing this, I am realizing more and more what this program has opened up for me... more potential then I even knew. Thank you!
