Signing up for the course for definitely life-changing for me from the very first lesson. Hearing similar stories in the group community gave me a feeling of belonging and being at home. Learning new ways of living, information about food, and the hormonal changes in our bodies and then being able to apply these in my daily routines was eye-opening for me. I have enjoyed all the different phases we went through during the program with all the challenges and tasks.
Temporarily it was all great but now I am facing the biggest task of all. Adjust my life full of the good stuff that I have learned as much as possible. Already love doing my daily mini-workouts and have progressed from doing sets of squats to lunges and with push-ups I have moved from step 5 to step 4!
Talking daily to my body helps me to make better food choices and manage my food intolerances.
Regular sleeping and my energizing morning routine got me to feel more energized and ready to face a new day.
Thanks to this program I have learned to manage my IBS better, minimized my bloating and heartburn, lost 4kg, manage to minimize my back pain and I feel so much more energy without relying on a caffeine boost. And all this is just a beginning achieved in four months time.
On top of all, it is great to have a community of like-minded people to seek support whenever I feel down or my motivation is sinking low.
