"The Holobody program is a lifesaver"

I am a lifelong dancer and have been using dance as my primary source of exercise. I also swim at least twice a week. I run or bike to fill the days when I'm not dancing or swimming. I have never had a problem with my weight until after having babies later in life, my second and last one at age 43. It took a lot longer for the weight to come off, but I eventually got to where I wanted it to be. I have always been a healthy eater, only poultry and fish as my meat source for almost 30 years, then became a pescatarian for the past 8 years. I was satisfied with my body and my physical activities. Then menopause hit during COVID. My body was changing rapidly. My weight started to rise. I attributed the changes to the break in my routine during the lockdown. I tried exercising at home using YouTube videos and Zoom dance classes. I ramped up eating healthier, since my family and I were cooped up at home, and I used cooking as my escape from COVID. Nothing was working. I started to get frustrated and turned to supplements to address belly fat, increase collagen production, boost energy, etc. This went on for several years through my pre- and post-menopause. I had no idea what I was doing and kept experimenting with supplements and endless exercise videos, spending thousands of dollars on anything I could get my hands on to try to get my body back to where it was before. Nothing worked. Then Holobody caught my attention. I was immediately drawn to the integration of behavioral, attitudinal, physical, emotional, psychological, and dietary approaches of the program. I have lost half my weight goal during the program without even trying that hard. I bought a smartwatch to track my daily steps and incorporated weight training into my exercise routine. I ensure that I hit a minimum of 7k steps every day by walking several times during the day at work. My back feels so much better breaking the habit of prolonged sitting in front of the computer all day. I also introduced the peaceful warrior into my morning routine, which is now a consistent practice that is painless. Most of all, I appreciate the lessons on diet and exercise for post-menopausal women. The Holobody program is a lifesaver, and I introduced it to my friends who are also going through the same struggles I had during menopause. Thank you for changing my life.
