However, the biggest change is in my self-confidence. I realized that I had both a fitness and finacial story that I had to work on and I have been able to coach myself into more productove behaviours.
I am working towards being a Health coach/mentor full-time. This is the first time I have felt that I am bringing the Wholo me to the table. I notice when I slip into old habits and am able to course correct more easily!
