Health and mental wellbeing has been my life’s interest. I love that the HoloBody program brings together the mind the body and the spirit. It teaches us clarity and focus. It teaches us to learn first about our own health all backed by science, so we can then speak from personal experiences— a powerful truth for coaching our future clients.
