I'm very thankful I had a chance to learn and to be a part of this amazing journey.
Love how it was built up to different modes (fundamentals, baseline, racing, cruising).
Since I've been a professional athlete for most of my life I was already very aware of my mind, body and nutrition. Now I'm on the journey to learn how to pass that knowledge on. Grateful for the useful recommendations.
