It's a lifestyle. Before the program, I was living what I considered a healthy lifestyle focused mainly on nutrition, exercise, sleep protocol, and mental health. Holobody expanded my knowledge of a healthy lifestyle with its holobody approach. I have been able to up my game due to increased awareness. An example is the awareness of movement and not limited to exercise. Most significant is the relationship of the body and mind being separate entities and their potential in their communication.
