This has been a tremendously well-done program with mountains of data, information and support. I am very impressed so far and understand myself and my body so much better than before. Truly life-changing. Everyone who has contributed has been fantastic, but Ronan is pretty special and inspiring. He has a knack for taking complicated information and simplifying it down to easily understandable concepts and action steps.
