I have a Masters's degree in Exercise Physiology and have worked as a Personal Trainer, Holistic Nutritionist, and Yoga Instructor for the past 25+ years. I have through the years created my own health and wellness models because I didn't feel the current models were good enough for the results that we want for our health, wellness, and life. I started Holobody because I thought it would help me to take my practice online. It will do that, but this program was life-changing.... it has expanded my models, my expertise, my coaching abilities, and my confidence. I am raring to go. Ronan is one of the most inspiring people I have ever met or studied under.... and the coaching segment with Ajit and the 6 phase meditation training with Vishen were also spectacular in all I believe this is possibly the best program in the world for health coaching.
