I enrolled in this program to have a basic understanding and experience it for myself. It has exceeded my expectations indeed. The body talk is my biggest takeaway. I have learned to listen to my body and really be in tuned with my body and give my body what it needs. The changes I've made were unexpected (positively) and now, I'm ready to share what I learned to build a healthy and active community.
