Now half way through this certification I have a new outlook on health and am listening to what my body needs versus forcing it into health. I exercise, but now it is more efficient and effective so I feel stronger.
For my nutrition I am adding a variety of nutrients versus the same nutrients everyday. For my sleep, I am actually focusing on it and changing my habits versus thinking “I don’t need sleep, I’m ok without it”.
Lastly, it’s the most important one, I have built a relationship/partnership with my body that wasn’t there before. I’ve also validated that I love coaching and empowering others to move forward on their health journey!
