I lived in this bubble of never seeing or feeling like I was good enough. I had been on many unhealthy diets to fit into society's model of a miss and TV personality and therefore destroyed my gut and damaged my mental health. After an injury, my weight change was making headlines once again.
I knew I had to find a more profound understanding of who I am as a person, my health, and my well-being, so I could be more than a slave of diet culture. For years I felt like a fraud for looking like a confident woman, but never really feeling it in my own body. I found myself in this deep rabbit hole learning meditation with Thai monks, traveling worldwide to learn more about nutrition and habits that happier and healthier people have. But there was still something missing.
On my social platforms, I was often asked for guidance, on how did I do this. How to come out of this constant hatred of my body and embrace my own personal needs and gain that authentic confidence and mostly – heal my gut?
Then I knew I had to learn from the top guys in the industry how to do it professionally and share it as a coach. It has always been my passion but now I feel like I have the tools and courage to do it with more profound knowledge and a set structure. Health and wellness is such a personal story for everyone and now thanks to this program, I feel that I know how to help others in a well-structured way.
