Before starting the Holobody Coach program, my knowledge of fitness and health was quite limited. I had a general idea about exercise and nutrition, but I didn’t fully understand the deeper aspects of how the body works. Concepts like macronutrients, metabolic health, and hormonal influences on fitness felt overwhelming and confusing. I knew I wanted to feel better in my body, but I wasn’t sure how to approach it in a sustainable and holistic way. 
Through the program, I gained a clear and science-backed understanding of nutrition, movement, and mindset. I learned how macronutrients—proteins, fats, and carbohydrates—play a crucial role in fueling the body and how to create balanced meals that support energy, recovery, and overall well-being. More importantly, I discovered how hormonal changes impact fitness, metabolism, and weight management, giving me a deeper appreciation for how to work with my body rather than against it. 
Thanks to the Holobody Coach program, I now feel empowered to make informed choices about my health. I understand how to fuel my body in alignment with my unique needs, optimize my workouts for better results, and support my overall well-being in a way that feels intuitive and sustainable. This program has truly transformed my approach to fitness and health, and I’m grateful for the knowledge and confidence I’ve gained along the way!
