I signed up for this quest since it seemed like an easy, inexpensive way to get a health coaching certification. As soon as I started the program I realized it would be way more than that. Since I already have a variety of knowledge and skills in the wellness field, I didn't really expect to learn that much. I was mistaken! The program is well balanced as a coaching program. I can integrate it with what I already know to create a unique coaching program like no other! That is next on my list!
