I am grateful and blessed to have been allowed to go through the Holobody Certification as it is a game-changer. 
I struggled quite a bit in the past with sticking to a routine, and I tended to overstretch myself to sacrifice my health. WILFIT helped me get back on track with my food, but this program helped me solidify my routines. 
I love my morning and evening routine full of gratitude, meditation, and connecting with nature. I love going to the gym consistently, focusing on resistance training as the certification introduced me to 10x at the same time. 
I am a Project Manager for an IT company and I am in the midst of transitioning into running my own Holistic Health Coach business.
