My bodacious life goal was to be the healthiest and strongest I have ever been in my life at age 60, and the Holobody Coaching Certification allowed me to attain this goal! Entering Covid two years ago I reframed my circumstances and decided that I would do everything possible to come out of the pandemic the strongest I have ever been and not be a victim. Part of my strategy was to pursue various personal development programsand ry up my physical fitness regime.
I discovered Mindvalley in March 2021 and did a Jim Kwik quest, 10x and Lifebook. Synchronicity presented itself and I enrolled in Holobody as a way to integrate my learnings and catalyze my growth. Holobody opened the worlds of coaching and holistic personal growth to me. I went full in and immersed myself in the program. An important element was working with others one on one and in our study groups and learning from my peers. The experince was transformational and set me up to enter 10x Coaching. I have grown immensely and have learned to help others by means of coaching. I am very greatful to Mindvalley and my Mindvalley family for this opportunity!
